Scan for 1-2-3 Top and Bottom Reversal?

Hi Pete,

How do I scan for the 1-2-3 Top and Bottom Reversal? Please see attached file for an example of a 1-2-3 Bottom Reversal. Point 3 cannot be lower than Point 1. Vice versa for 1-2-3 Top Reversal.

The code is complicated. Please help. Thank you!

One of many requests for this sort of pattern. You are correct, it is very complicated. Every time I try to bring my mind to solve this puzzle I move on to something more productive.
