Hello Peter, My chart tells it all. Daily chart in 3 years period and I am looking for a scanner that give me all stock with the lowest price value in the last month. Thanks Attachments:

This has already been posted here: https://www.hahn-tech.com/ans/scan-for-stocks-making-new-52-low-within-last-month/ You can adjust the input value as needed. HOWEVER you will not be able to cover a three year period. The scan engine only has access to 2 years of historical data using the daily time frame.
