Scan for swing Hi/Low

Sorry but the code you provided is not a candidate for building a scan. It uses functions that compute values based on the total number of viewable bars on the chart. The number of bars for the scan is fixed and does not match the number of bars you can load on a chart. Therefore the scan results would never match the signals displayed on the chart.
