Whenever you receive this type of error on Thinkorswim, there is no way to fix that and there is no way to work around the problems which are causing this. The study you are referencing, "PivotPoints" is simply too complex to be used for a scan on Thinkorswim. If you search this form for the error message "TooComplexException" you will find two previous questions asking about this. However I have taken the opportunity of your question to make this much easier to locate using the search function and also to provide a clear and definitive answer to assist the other users of Thinkorswim who come across this post in the future.
