I want to make an alert that sends me a message every time the DSS line crosses below a certain point on the stochastic, but I also need the alert to reset its self every time the DSS crosses back above that same point on the stochastic.

You can build this without any knowledge of writing code in Thinkorswim. Just a few clicks of the mouse and you are done. Screenshots below show all the elements to set this up. You did not mention the "specific level" or the direction of the crossing event. So I had to pick my own. I selected the 25 value as the crossing level and the direction is crossing above. That seems to be the most likely scenario most traders would use for this. Want to learn how to build these yourself?
