Mr Hahn, I am hoping you can help me figure out why my conditional orders are not triggering for TOS. I am trying 2 different types in my live account (for a small amount) until I can get it working. I am using the MACD standard crossover from negative to positive and I have also tried the Macd Histogram Negative to Positive Crossover is “True” but neither one seems to trigger my buy signal which then has a 2% gain sell or 1% loss sell. Any help you can give would be appreciated.

The correct location for questions about Conditional Orders is the "Strategy Guide" topic. So I moved your question out of the "Frequently Asked Questions" topic and into the "Strategy Guide" topic. A very careful examination of your screenshots reveals one very important detail. You are placing an order to buy ticker symbol "ENLC" but your condition is referencing the ticker symbol "RSLS". So at best, this order would be sent to market to buy shares of "ENLC" only after the 5 min chart of "RSLS" has completed the negative to positive crossover. That is only thing wrong with the way you have structured the Conditional Order. If it still does not work after making the correction you will need to contact support at TD Ameritrade for the solution because there is nothing else that I can suggest. Marked as spam
