How to find (scanning in TOS) a bull flag pattern right after a breakout of a flag resistance?

Scanning for any sort of candle pattern is light-years beyond to scope of the solutions I am able to provide in the Q&A Forum. This sort of thing takes hours to put together and I only allow 15 minutes for each free solution I provide in the forum.
