Scanning for Stocks to Short Easy to Borrow

When scanning for stocks to short, is there a way to filter out stocks that the broker won’t let you borrow?  In other works, search only for stocks that are ‘ETB’..?

At this time there is no public watchlist to use and there is nothing in the thinkscript language that enables this.
