Scanning stocks that did not have a reverse split

I checked the available tools in the language reference for Thinkorswim. They do have a function that returns the number of bars since the last split. But there is no way to tell which direction the split occurred and it can only go back to the most recent split. There is a limit to the amount of historical data available to scans on Thinkorswim so any splits that occurred more than 2 years ago are invisible to the scans on Thinkorswim.

Given these limitations I believe the answer to your question is no, this is not possible at this time.
