ThinkOrSwim how to scan for cup and handle pattern?

I am looking to build a scanner for cup and handle pattern. I wonder if it is possible to build this in ToS?

If I use Java, I could have started with a for loop to find the lowest low and highest high offset, but ToS does not support a for loop. I wonder if you have any suggestions?

If you know Java and this pattern is crucial to your trading success, I suggest you should move to another platform. TradeStation or NinjaTrader have languages that you can pick up quickly and provide tools to accomplish your goal.
