There are an infinite number of ways that that can be defined. Your question is lacking sufficient detail so it is impossible to even suggest a resource which might help you.
“Ready to breakout with volume”. How do you define that, technically in the charts? What about the volume? How much is enough? Those are rhetorical questions just to help you realize the level of detail which is lacking in your request.
