25 RSI Crossover after stock falls out of bollinger band low

Trying it out on stock $AUPH on the daily. Identified a spot where it should have triggered, but it didn’t.. Anyone else confirm?

My question: Why is it not triggering?

This because the close first crossed below the lower band more than 8 bars before the RSI crossed back above 25. If you change to a line chart you will see the close plotting below the lower band all the way back to May 4th 2016.
