Add a condition to a scan for ETB

Is there a way to add a condition to a scan that will eliminate any stock that is HTB or NTB on a desired short purchase in thinkorswim? To put another way, is there a way to add a condition to a scan that will only show stocks that are ETB on a desired short purchase in thinkorswim?
