Intraday High and Low from previous day

I like to set the intraday high and low from the previous trading day on my charts. I generally do this at the end of day so that they are for the next morning. This works great for day trading. However, it can be very time-consuming to do manually on multiple charts every day. Is there a way for this to update either at the end of the trading day or midnight perhaps? I use a cyan line for the high and red line for the low.  Your site is fantastic but I cannot find anything on this topic. Any help would just be fantastic, thank you.

Pretty sure we have already provided a solution for this. Found this during a search:

The code will adapt to your chart if you turn extended hours data on or off. If you need the high and low only from the regular session then turn off extended hours session on your chart.

Is there a way to do this that includes extended hours? I like to use extended hours going into the day. And use the highs and lows of the previous day for guidance.

The following post provides a solution that allows the user to set the start and end time. This allows the study to be adjusted to market open and market close even when extended hours are included on the chart: https://www.hahn-tech.com/ans/plot-lines-for-prior-day-high-low-across-specified-time-span/

I appreciate your efforts here and this solution is close. The problem is the highs and lows are ever present on the chart regardless of how much one zooms in the chart, thus is some cases, obliterating the price action. I'm looking for the charts to behave exactly as they would if i were to set price lines manually. In other words, the previous high and low lines may not be present on the chart if they are not relevant in the given time range on the chart. Sorry if I'm not clear. Perhaps it cannot be achieved.

What you are describing there is a chart setting. Nothing at all we can do about this within the code. Find the chart setting named "Fit Studies" on the General tab and uncheck that box.
