MACD and RSI at same time ALERT

How do I create an Alert when the RSI is less than 30 and the MACD is greater than zero?
They both need be at the same time. Thank you!

This can be created very easy without writing a single line of code. Just use the Condition Wizard, available in many of the tools on Thinkorswim. Full details demonstrated in this video:

Screenshot below shows how it looks when the Condition Wizard is used to generate a Study Alert. The Study Alert is available under the MarketWatch tab of Thinkorswim. You can use this same exact method to generate a custom scan, watchlist column or chart study.

Keep in mind that the MACD actually contains three plots. So when you state that the MACD needs to be above zero, you have left out one of the most important details. In the example below I have used the plot named "Value". You can also select one of the other to plots of the MACD, the "Avg" or the "Diff".
