Does anyone know of a way to replicate how Options Profit Calculator shows the value of an option for each day depending on how the stock moved using a Thinkorswim chart study? Any ideas?

If you are looking for something that displays what price a given option contract would be valued at based on changes in the price of the underlying.... that's already built into the Thinkorswim platform. The following video demonstrates how this works and provides some examples on how to make use of this information in setting up your trades: https://www.hahn-tech.com/thinkorswim-options-trading-theo-price/ If you are looking to exactly replicate what you shared in your screenshot, then no, this cannot be done in Thinkorswim.
