How would I create a custom column in the watchlist that shows each position’s net liquidity as a percentage of my overall account net liquidity? Thank you in advance.

The functions required to compute these values are not currently supported in the custom watchlist columns. They can only be used in a chart study. Oddly enough we do have them  available as built-in columns you can add to a watchlist. However they are blackbox columns that do not allow for any further computations.

Thank you. I realize I can do the math and that it’s on the TDAmeritrade’s web browser, but it would just be super convenient for that quick glance on ToS.

You should be able to build this using the RTD() function of Excel spreadsheets. (if you are running Thinkorswim on Windows). Just add those columns to your watchlist and export the watchlist to Excel. From there you can build any mathematical formulas you need. Details here: https://www.hahn-tech.com/thinkorswim-rtd-excel/
